After completion of the training program, the Centre acts as a facilitator in job placement for trained graduates. The Centre organises and coordinates interface meetings with potential employers and helps the children make a smooth transition from the Centre to being independent young adults.

R.M.X JOSS also invites trained students to work as paid apprentices for 4 hours daily, whilst being covered under the Employees State Insurance Scheme India (ESI) as well as continuing their education until they reach 18 years of age. After that they may be employed as full time workers.
